Free Glucose and Blood Pressure Screening: Last Wednesday of Each Month from 9am-11am

Countryside YMCA members are invited to take part in FREE glucose and blood pressure screenings. These will be offered the last Wednesday of every month. These screenings take just a few minutes and provide valueable health information about blood glucose levels and blood pressure. Registration is not requires, a table will be setup at the north entrance by our Cardio Strength Center. Mammograms: Mobile Mammography (mamovan) Friday, May 31 from 9am-5pm

Visit the mobile mammography coach from Premier Health and Atrium Medical Center. If you haven't had your mammogram in the last 12 months, here's your chance. You'll experience the same quality, technology, and comfort that's available at our breast center. Images are reviewed by board-certified radiologists from Atrium Medical Center. WITS Workouts: Every Wednesday in May from 10:30am-11:30am

Laura Stanton with The Ohio State Extension & Countryside YMCA would like to invite all community members (Y membership not required) to participate in one or all four WITS Workouts. Did you know that intellectual engagement and social connectedness are two lifestyle factors that contribute to your brain's health? Simply put, coming together and learning new things is good for your noggin! Join us for WITS Workouts, where you'll engage in all kinds of interactive puzzles and games and learn what you can do in your daily life to keep your brain healthy. Hoxworth Blood Drive

Blood Drive: Next drive March 20 10am-4pm

Help save a life! Donate blood at the next mobile blood drive. The Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati was founded in 1938 and serves over 30 hospitals and medical facilities in the Tri-State. Annually, Hoxworth collects more than 90,000 units of blood from local donors to help save the lives of patients in area hospitals. Hoxworth Blood Center. All Types Welcome. They will be set up in the Event Center at Countryside YMCA I Lebanon.
