What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed to elicit as broad of an adaptation response as possible. CrossFit isn’t a specialized fitness program: it’s a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competency in each of ten recognized fitness domains:

Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance


The CrossFit program was developed to enhance your competency at all physical tasks. You’ll be trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. This fitness is demanded of military and police personnel, firefighters, and many sports requiring total or complete physical prowess. CrossFit has proven effective in these arenas.

We're offering weekday CrossFit workouts especially tailored for high school students. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to improve athletic performance, CrossFit is an excellent way to reach your goals. CrossFit Superfly began with a group of friends in a 2-car garage with a tree stump and a couple of space heaters. As they evolved into a full-fledged gym, their original intent remains: to improve people’s lives through fitness.
