Ohio Sales Tax:
All above membership fees include Ohio sales tax.
Program Membership:
A Program Membership provides an opportunity for a family to particiapte
in programs only without joining the Countryside YMCA as a full
facility member. A small once a calendar year processing fee of
$20.00 plus tax is charged for each family ($10.00 plus tax for
singles) which includes a Program membership card with photo ID.
Note: Use of the facility is not included.
