What
if I have questions, need to complain, or find something broken?
We have two ways to voice your suggestions and concerns.
One is the Suggestion/Concern Forms at the Front Desk. Second
is the Focus on Excellence cards by the bulletin board across
from the Physical Desk. If equipment is broken, please inform
the staff at either courtesy desk, and they will inform the appropriate
personnel. You may contact Judy Bauer at ext. 143 or email judybau@countrysideymca.org
with any concerns.
