Single Parent Family (Non-married adult and dependent children)

• Monthly bank draft: $71.50

Adult (Age 28 or older)

• Monthly start-up fee: $10.00
• Monthly bank draft: $55.00

Young Adult (Age 18-27)

• Monthly start-up fee: $10.00
• Monthly bank draft: $40.50

Senior Family (Married couple with one person more than 60 and dependent children)

• Monthly start-up fee: $15.00
• Monthly bank draft: $69.50

Senior Adult (Age 60 or older)

• Monthly start-up fee: $10.00
• Monthly bank draft: $49.50

Payment cam be made through automatic bank draft, credit card draft or paid in full annually by check, cash, MasterCard, visa, Discover or American Express.
