The
Countryside YMCA is proud to offer a variety of Arts and Education
programs that include dance, art language, theater and home
school.
The
YMCA is a safe, accessible, quality-driven environment, where
children and adults can take a variety of classes such as: cooking,
painting, pottery, ceramics, line dance, tap, ballet, and ballroom
dancing.
Our
programs offer opportunities to socialize, make friends, and
learn new skills. Our
programs aim to build self-confidence in a safe secure environment
for social and emotional growth. Arts and Education provide
an array of value-based and community benefits for all ages.
The
YMCA is a place where Arts and Education are becoming a strong
movement with a special focus on youth. We offer home school
classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These classes are structured
towards education that the parents may not be able to provide.
Children
can meet new friends and socialize in a Christian based environment.
We are dedicated in building strong kids, strong families, and
strong communities. We also offer family time and teen events.
We
are always open to new trends and ideas for our programs. If
there is a special program you would like to see provided by
the Countryside YMCA, please call the Arts and Education Administrator
at (513) 932-1424 x-226 or the Program Director at (513) 932-1424
x-146. We believe that the YMCA movement is something different
and special.
Our
mission is to encourage and support the YMCA’s core values of
caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Our YMCA offers
opportunities for everyone, regardless of age, race, religion,
income, and ability.
Whether
you are a member of the Countryside YMCA or not, you can enjoy
our programs. Register on line or at the Countryside YMCA for
all classes.
