How
do you choose the right class to achieve your personal fitness
objectives?
Whether
you are looking for weight loss, a way to get out and stay in
shape, endurance, definition, or muscle building, the professional
staff at the Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA can help you determine
which activity or activities will be most effective for you. Our
goal is to help you increase your fitness and overall wellness
with practical and consistent exercise and educational programs
that make sense for you and fit into your busy schedule.
Instructors
for Y classes are specially trained, knowledgeable, friendly and
best of all, there to help you with what you want to do. By choosing
a class at the Countryside YMCA, you get the additional benefit
of a trained instructor, as well as exercising in a group setting
with peers to motivate you and add a social dimension to your
exercise.
Quality
of life is what everyone wants. Good health and fitness are a
big part of quality living. If you want good quality of life for
yourself, let the Y help you to live it every day!
Look
over our class descriptions to help you get some idea of what
each class is like, and whether it matches up with your personal
goals. Discounts for couples are offered in most classes if you
register for the class at the Y and request the couple discount.
It is a good idea to bring a water bottle to class to keep yourself
hydrated. Unless noted otherwise in the class description, the
Y provides all necessary equipment.
