ENDURO
CYCLE SPIN
TIME: 2 HOURS (seasonal - winter & early spring session)
If you are looking for a high energy, challenging workout, then
Enduro Cycle Spin is for you. This cycle spin class will take
you on a two hour journey where an enthusiastic instructor will
create a ride that will offer hills, rollers, chases, jumps, and
headwinds. You will have so much fun increasing your fitness level
and stamina while riding to energetic, upbeat music. No impact,
high energy, lots of fun.
Bike Shorts, shoes and water bottle encouraged, but not required
for this class.
CYCLATES (cycle spin & pilates)
TIME: 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES
The first 45 minutes are filled with cycling fun followed with
30 minutes of core developing Pilates. Great cardio workout with
a relaxing twist!
