60 MINUTES
This fun and challenging workout is for anyone wanting to improve
muscular and cardio fitness. On the step, you will do 40 plus
minutes of high intensity stepping for maximum fat burning. You
will then proceed to working your core muscles on the stability
ball with free weights!
This fun and challenging cardio workout is perfect for any level.
Intensity can be adjusted to fit your needs. Resist-a-ball and
weights are used to tone and strengthen arm, adominal and leg
muscles.
HI/LO Aerobics
This
class combines a high energy environment with an easy to follow
low impact aerobic routine. Aerobic moves progress to muscle toning
exercises on the mat or floor for the upper body, abdominals,
and legs. Music is motivating, stimulating the body and the spirit.
This class combines both cardiovascular and strength type exercise
in a one hour format. Time: 60 minutes.
CREATIVE
DANCE AEROBICS
TIME: 60 MINUTES
What a fun and creative way to enjoy dance aerobics! Out Instructor
will teach you all the latest moves with a creative twist here
and there in Latin/Salsa/ Hip-Hop! Watch your fitness level increase
each time you come! If you love to dance, this is the class for
you!
