cardio all together for a fast and fun class! You will enjoy learning
proper execution of form on our wave master kick bags. The Instructor
will vary the use of free weights, body-bars, medicine balls.
Power core balls, abdominal work out and steps for a well rounded
work-out!

This program will help you turn your body into the powerhouse
you have always wanted! You will get an awesome cardio work-out
and enjoy doing traditional kick boxing moves and boot camp drills.
Emphasis is always placed on safety and execution of form.
