STRIVE
SMART CIRCUIT
If
you want to take the boring out of strength training then Strive
Smart is for you!! This is an easy 1-2-3 routine that exercises
each muscle on three different resistance levels, more than traditional
equipment allows. Each machine works a different muscle group
in no more than a one minute and forty second set. This workout
is fast, fun, and effective. It is for all ages and experience
levels. Please feel free to stop by anytime during open hours
as a family.
KIDZSMART
CIRCUIT
This is the answer to the world's most effective and efficient
form of strength training. Smart Strength training will create
incredible functional strength as a result of complete muscle
fiber development. Circuit Training Express Family style &
Youth Circuit Training Express is for all fitness levels.
STRIVE
SENIOR CIRCUIT
This is the same awesome circuit as Strive Smart Circuit with
a slightly slower pace. For the 50 plus active adult that is seeking
a challenging yet achievable workout just for them.
Shape-With-Weights-With-Cardio
Join
this intense total body workout.
15 min. walk/run, 45 min. body sculpting with dumbbells, bands,
tubes, ankle weights, and modified squats and lunges. The new
Challenge Bars, which weigh 9#, 12# or 15# are now used for a
portion of the muscle toning for upper body and lower body exercises
on the floor. For great results in muscle toning join Shape-With-Weights-With-Cardio.
Time: 60 minutes.
Power
Core on the Ball
This
class helps to develop a tighter, stronger, more flexible body
by performing a variety of moves on the exercise ball. Working
on the ball allows participants to use the resistance of their
own body weight to tone, strengthen and stretch their body, as
well as developing better balance and coordination. Participants
sometimes use other tools for toning in addition to the ball-hand
weights, tubes/bands and challenge bars. Balls are provided to
class participants. Exercises are performed with a variety of
inspiring music in a forty-five minute session.
Time: 45 minutes.
PILATES
MIX
TIME: 60 MINUTES
Are you looking to increase your functional strength and flexibility
in a relaxing, self-focused environment? If yes, then Pilates
Mix is for you. This class will focus on strengthening the "core"
of your body to make it more efficient, as well as developing
better balance and coordination. An instructor will safely instruct
you through a series of Pilate and Yoga type exercises, both standing
and on the mat, with a focus on your breathing. Exercises are
done to a backdrop of soothing and meditative music where each
participant can work to his or her own ability level.
YOGA
TIME: 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES
Learn to release your body's natural flow of energy and appreciate
your unique abilities that belong only to you. Let your instructor
teach you how to center your body with breathing and bring you
into complete balance for free flowing movements of postures.
Yoga postures will stretch, lengthen, and tone the muscles. Come,
relax, and restore inner balance and peace.
PRENATAL
YOGA
TIME: 60 MINUTES
For the expecting mommy! Release your tension and enjoy this wonderful
yoga class designed just for you and your baby! The main focus
will still be on yoga postures, stretches, muscle toning, and
breathing.
