Nautilus 2ST Equipment
Nautilus is a program in which the participant can
increase strength through a scientifically tested and proven program.
Nautilus 2ST Equipment Includes 4 Nautilus Circuits. The 4 Circuits
are:
1. The Basic 8 - This is a basic full body workout for the first
time user. The machines included in this workout are, Leg Press,
Bench Press, Multi Power, Vertical Chest Press, Overhead Press,
Torso Rotation, Back Extension, and AB Crunch.
2. The Baker's Dozen - This is a full body workout for the average
fitness level member. The 12 machines include Leg Extension, Seated
Leg Curl, Hip Abduction, Hip Adduction, Multi Rower, Vertical
Chest Press, Overhead Press, Tricep Press, Arm Curl, Torso Rotation,
Back Extension, and AB Crunch.
3. The Transformer - 12 machines for anyone, although women may
enjoy this circuit most. The machines included are Leg Extension,
Seated Leg Curl, Hip Abduction, Hip Adduction, Bench Press Super
Pullover, Incline Chest Press, Tricep Press, Arm Curl, Torso Rotation,
Back Extension, and AB Crunch.
4. The Definer - 10 machines for anyone, although men may enjoy
it most. The machines included are Leg Press, Hip Extension, Seated
Calf, Super Pullover, 10 Degree Chest Press, Pec Fly, Lateral
Raise, Back Extension, Torso Rotation, and AB Crunch.
