This is an introductory class designed to
teach proper weight training techniques for 12-15 year olds for
Boys or Girls. The class teaches safety,
muscle function, spotting, partners, and record keeping to name
a few.
Once the students pass this class they become
Club Weight Lifting members and are allowed to train in the weight
room on their own as long as they have their Club Weightlifting
Card.
Everyone must take the class and follow all
safety rules to remain a club member. Join at the front desk.
