Women's Weight Training
This class will introduce and offer instruction
to women on various exercises performed in the free weight room.
Participants will be instructed on proper stretching, cardio fitness,
weight room etiquette, proper form, and developing an individual
free weight program.
* Ages 17 and up.
* Max enrollment is 12.
