  Youth & School Age Gymnastics

Gymnastics is progressive by nature. Classes build on top of one another. It is very important that parents understand that it takes a long time to achieve all the skills, strength, and flexibility necessary to advance to the next level. Gymnastics takes time, patience, repetition, and a love of the sport in order to succeed. In our classes, success is measured in small steps. We also try to implement the character development of the YMCA by including the values of respect, responsibility, caring, and honesty in classes. Due to the nature of progressions and class ratios, we are not able to offer makeup classes in gymnastics.

Progressive Boys and Progressive Girls
Ages 6 and up.
All classes are 90 minutes.

The skills at each level have been broken down into achievable steps, so children learn quickly and experience success often.
