  Older Adult Fitness

Congratulations! You have chosen to improve your life and health by participating in one of the Countryside YMCA's Older Adult Fitness programs! These programs are designed to encourage and recognize physical activity among older, senior adults.

Older Adult Fitness programs offer many activities with something for everyone, from beginning exercisers to longtime fitness enthusiasts. Many activities are appropriate (or can be adapted) for disabled participants.

When selecting an activity, we recommend find one that you enjoy and that fits into your daily or weekly routine so you will be likely to stick with it. Participate individually, with friends, or in a class like Sr. Aquatics and Sr. Physical.

STRIVE SENIOR CIRCUIT
This is the same awesome circuit as Strive Smart Circuit with a slightly slower pace. For the 50 plus active adult that is seeking a challenging yet achievable workout just for them.

Sr. Sit-N-Tone
Increase flexibility & stregth. Enjoy class fellowship.
Time: 30 minutes.
