following classes are not exclusively for seniors, but are designed
for lower fitness levels and often attract the young at heart!
Sr. Total
Fitness
Need a little motivation to start exercising? This class is a basic
all-around fitness
program for seniors. Individualized fitness exercises geared to
your level of ability in a class setting. Enjoy the fellowship of
class members as you improve your fitness. Cardiovascular exercises
combine walking perimeter of gym on ground floor, alternating with
stationary bikes or rowers. Muscle toning exercises are led by the
instructor using stretchy bands. Class ends with flexibility exercises
and cool down. This class is useful for the person who may need
some assistance or does not want to use the track or treadmill.
Time: 50 minutes
Stretch-N-Tone
Class starts with a warm-up using range of motion
exercises for flexibility and strengthening.
Time: 30 minutes
Senior Sit-N-Tone
Developed exclusively for seniors. Enjoy the energy and vitality
you gain from this exercise class. Increase flexibility and strength
while enjoying the fellowship of class members.
