Developing Social Responsibility

We are a cause for strengthening community. Through generous donations, our Caring for Families campaign provides scholarships for qualifying families to ensure that every member of the community can access and benefit from Countryside YMCA.  Members contribute to the community through numerous volunteer activities and special annual drives that provide supplies to those in need.  We focus on the environment by offering on-site recycling, by maintaining nature paths and bike trails, and by offering camping programs and outdoor activities. When you join the Y, you take an active role in bringing about meaningful, enduring change right in your own neighborhood.
