A+
Class focuses on improving range of motion and flexibility plus added cardio workout and strength training. Participants should consult their physician first.

Ai Chi
A water exercise and relaxation program that combines deep breathing and slow large movements in the water.  This program will improve range of motion, flexibility and balance.

Aqua Fit
A good class for beginner fitness participants. Using the water's natural resistance, the focus is on aerobic conditioning and strength improvement. A good class for those wanting more of a challenge than offered in the "AAA" class.

Early Morning Workout
Come join us for a great early morning workout. You'll enjoy water aerobics, strength training, and range of motion exercise. You can't beat the wonderful atmosphere at the pool early in the morning and exercising with friends! Class is held in the Instructional Pool. Free to members.

Fit for 50
This fun water fitness class focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscle endurance. This class is a step up from A+, but still good for participants showing signs of Arthritis. Come exercise in an environment of fun and fitness.

FREE Community Arthritis
YMCA Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program for senior members with Arthritis. Class focuses on improving range of motion, flexibility, coordination and endurance. Participants should consult their physician first.

Power Waves
High intensity cardio workout in shallow water, incorporating cardio, endurance and muscle toning. Great cross training for land-based exercise programs.

Senior Combo
This new class will incorporate cardio, "pool" ates, muscle endurance and flexibility. This class is great for those with Arthritis as well as more advanced participants who really want a workout.

Wave Runners
This high intensity water exercise program will incorporate deep water running while wearing a flotation belt, strength training, and abdominal workouts. Deep water running allows for emphasis on cardio and muscular toning. Zero impact allows for maximum resistance for the most in a wet workout. Participants must be swimmers.

Water Fitness Personal Training Senior
For those individuals that need one on one personal motivation in their workout! Participants will meet one on one with a certified water fitness instructor who will create a workout program personally tailored to your needs. You may choose to work on endurance, toning, strength training, flexibility, range of motion, weight loss, cross training or pre/postnatal exercises. Personally training is by appointment only. To schedule your personal training session, contact Carol Wolf at (513) 932-1424 x217.
