Wee Sport Camps
Wee Sport Camps provide younger kids an opportunity to learn basic skills for different sports. Half-day campers develop skills through fun practice drills and games in the morning. Full-day campers develop skills in the morning and swim or craft in the afternoon.
- Wee Baseball. Campers receive a solid introduction in the fundamentals of baseball and develop basic skills in catching and hitting.
- Wee Basketball. Participants receive a solid introduction in the fundamentals of basketball and develop basic skills in dribbling, passing, and shooting technique.
- Wee Football. Campers focus on basic formation, position and movement with experienced players and coaches.
- Wee Golf. Participants learn the fundamentals of golf and develop basic skills in setup, grip, stance and swing cues through the techniques of the Start Smart Golf system.
- Wee Soccer Camp. Campers develop basic skills in ball handling and kicking.
- Wee Tae Kwon Do. Participants learn the fundamentals of a Korean-style martial art that specializes in kicking skills. Emphasis is placed on self-improvement, self control and discipline as well as physical fitness, self defense, balance, flexibility and strength. Master Kim and associates from the I.K. Kim Tae Kwon Do Centers run the morning program. This camp joins with the youth Tae Kwon Do camp in the indoor sports arena.
- Wee Tennis. Participants learn proper stance and the basic rules of the game.
